Chicken Breasts - Freezing
- Buy boneless and skinless chicken breasts in bulk, wrap individually in
ziplock bags and press flat before freezing. These will stack neatly in your freezer, it allows the convenience
of using just 1 or 2 pieces of chicken and the meat will thaw very quickly when needed.
