Equivalents Chart

This handy list is a quick reference when baking or cooking.  I have used this list a million times!
If your recipe requires 1 cups of crushed saltines,  do you know how many crackers you will need?  You will need 28 saltines.

  1. I made crab cakes, where I typically use Panko. A friend gave me a different recipe that called for 14 Saltine Crackers! Lo and behold, your chart has Saltines and I was able to easily convert the number of saltines in a half cup to Panko! Voila! It worked perfectly! Thank you!
