Cajun Blackening Spice Mix

5 TB Paprika
1/4 cup Salt
1/4 cup Garlic Powder
2 TB Fresh Ground Pepper
2 TB Onion Powder
2 TB Cayenne Powder
2 TB Dried Oregano
2 TB Dried Thyme

Combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container. Delicious for grilling salmon, chicken or shrimp. Also try in Creole Jambalaya.
