1/4 cup Superfine White Sugar
2 - 4 TB Triple Sec

Stir until the sugar dissolves; taste and add more sugar if needed. Refrigerate overnight. Up to 3 hours before serving, add peaches, nectarines or plums and stir. Makes 3 quarts.
