1 whole Banana -- frozen
1 cup frozen Peach Slices
1/4 cup fresh or frozen Blueberries or Raspberries
1/2 cup Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt
1 TB Wheat Germ
Place banana, frozen peach slices, blueberries, yogurt and wheat germ in a blender and process until smooth.
Serves 2.
